Akzo Nobel N.V. Chief Financial Officer to Step Down
AMSTERDAM, The Netherlands - Keith Nichols, Chief Financial Officer and member of the Board of Management of AkzoNobel, has decided to step down. Nichols has been with the company for eight years.
Nichols will remain Chief Financial Officer and retain his position on the board until June 30, 2014. The company announced that an international search for his successor is underway, and an appointment will be made in due course.
