MADISON HEIGHTS, MI – Sika Automotive Division USA announced promotions in its Automotive Sales group effective January 1, 2014.

Jason Whitman, former Sales Director Asian OEMs, is now Vice President Automotive Sales. Whitman joined Sika in July 2010 as Sales Director Asian OEMs. He has helped lead the automotive team to record growth and profitability, and has established Sika as a full-range technology partner to Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Mitsubishi and Tesla.

Mitch Buback is now the Sales Director German OEMs. Buback joined Sika in November 1997 and has held positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of automotive engineering, marketing, OES sales and OEM sales. Most recently, Buback led Sika teams responsible for growing the company’s OEM business with Volkswagen and Ford.

Paige Wilson joins Sika Automotive as a Research Technician reporting to Steve Davis, Lab Manager. Wilson’s main focus will be on Body in White bulk product development.
