NORTH BRUNSWICK, NJ – National Paint Industries, North Brunswick, NJ, has purchased the assets of the Petri Paint Co. of Newark, NJ. Established in 1963, Petri manufactures clear finishes for the hardwood flooring industry. 

National will continue to manufacture all Petri products including the full line of water-based, oil-modified and moisture-curing polyurethanes and its full line of quick-drying sealers at its facility in North Brunswick.

National Paint Industries manufactures a broad line of specialty coatings for the pleasure and commercial marine, hardwood flooring, swimming pool, and industrial maintenance markets. Products are distributed under the Harco, Bluewater, Garco and Wilson Imperial brand names.
