TWINSBURG, OH - George M. Chase, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ChromaScape Inc., is stepping down from his position as CEO effective January 1, 2014. Chase will continue as ChromaScape’s Chairman of the Board of Directors, focusing on company expansion through organic growth and acquisition.

Joseph S. Majewski will assume the role of CEO for the company effective January 1, 2014. Majewski currently serves as President and Chief Operating Officer and has fostered the organizational development, growth and sustainability of ChromaScape since joining the leadership team in 2004.

Established in 1998, ChromaScape produces color dispersions and specialty additives under the brand names Amerimulch^®, Solution Dispersions™, ChromaPave^® and Innotech^® Decorative Concrete Products.
