BETHESDA, MD – The Adhesive and Sealant Council (ASC) has added three members to its Board of Directors and two leaders to its Executive Committee.

New members of the board are: John P. Carroll – Commercial Sales Manager, Eastman Chemical; Ted M. Clark – President and CEO of Royal Holdings; and Brian McSwigan – Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Henkel Corp.

The incoming Board Members are filling the remaining terms for Phil Byers of Eastman, Glenn Frommer of ADCO Products and John Meccia of Henkel. The terms for the new board members begin immediately.

The Board of Directors unanimously voted to add Chuck Williams of Avery Dennison and Gerhard Haas of Jowat Corp. to the council’s Executive Committee beginning January 1, 2014. Both were recognized for the technical ability and dedication to the industry via their service on the board and committees serving the council.

Williams and Haas will join Rusty Thompson of Evans Adhesive Corp., Andy Johnston of Ashland, Traci Jensen of HB Fuller and Christine Bryant of Bayer MaterialScience on ASC’s Executive Committee.
