BETHESDA, MD – The Adhesive and Sealant Council (ASC) announced its volunteer leadership for 2014, including a new executive committee member and two new board members.

ASC Officers for 2014 include:  Rusty Thompson, President and CEO, Evans Adhesive Corp. – Chair; Andy Johnston, Vice President, Adhesives, Ashland Performance Materials – Treasurer; and Matt Croson, ASC – President.

Christine Bryant, Senior Vice President, Bayer MaterialScience, is the new Executive Committee Member for 2014, filling the supplier seat.

New Board Members for 2014 include: Christian MacIver, Vice President, MWV; Matt Devine, President, DHM Adhesives; Mark Siebert, Vice President, Kraton (renewed term); Larry Owen, Senior Vice President, Franklin International (renewed term); and Chris Urheim, Director, Dow (renewed term).

ASC officers serve a two-year term. This is the second year of the current officers’ two-year terms. The Executive Committee Supplier Seat is a two-year term. All board positions are three-year terms.
