WESEL, Germany – With its acquisition of the rheology business of Rockwood Holdings Inc., ALTANA's BYK Additives & Instruments division has added Frank B.J. Wright to the company’s management team.

Wright, previously Managing Director of the newly acquired Rockwood business, will actively accompany and support the integration process of the rheology business into the BYK Additives and Instruments division. Wright's responsibilities will include the management of the new Oilfield business line and the existing Industrial Applications business line.
