The BlueWave® 200 version 3.0 spot-cure system offers the highest intensity and most user-friendly operation in the industry. The automatic, controlled power-up sequence ensures proper lamp operating temperature to minimize scrap, and the unit’s new, smooth, easy-to-clean faceplate design features an improved operator interface for easier setup, programming and operation. The large LCD graphic display offers comfortable operator viewing during programming and operation. Unit status and fault mode notification are also easily identified and viewed on this display. Also located on the faceplate is the patented intensity adjustment control. This unique feature is critical for validating appropriate intensity levels and maintaining those levels during production.
