 The ProMix PD2K positive displacement proportioner mixes material close to the gun so the flush zone is significantly smaller than traditional systems, using less paint and allowing for faster color changes. It works well for short pot life materials and is compatible with acid-based materials. It was developed using 100% positive displacement technology that produces accurate mix ratios (within 1% accuracy) and more consistent pump performance. Equipped with either two or four dosing pumps, it can manage up to 30 colors and four catalysts.
