BLUE BELL, PA - Acme-Hardesty Co., Blue Bell, PA, is welcoming three new employees to the company’s sales and marketing departments.
Kristie Hammontree, of Atlanta, has been named Southeastern Regional Sales Manager. With experience in technical sales, quality assurance and business development, Hammontree will help provide Acme-Hardesty customers with the products and services they need.
Luis Idrobo, of Houston, has been named Regional Sales Manager in the Gulf States Region. He will specialize in serving the company’s oilfield and shale gas customers. Idrobo comes to this new position with a background in sales and oilfield business development.
Acme-Hardesty Co. and its parent company, Jacob Stern & Sons, have hired Samantha Brooks as Marketing Manager. Brooks will work from the Acme-Hardesty headquarters in Blue Bell and will serve both Acme-Hardesty Co. and Jacob Stern & Sons. She will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, maintaining company websites, and developing marketing materials in support of the field sales organization.
Acme-Hardesty is a supplier of oleochemicals, castor oil and derivatives. It is one of the largest importers and value-added resellers of palm and castor based oleochemicals and derivatives in the United States. The company also distributes preservatives, surfactants, esters and other specialty chemicals.
