OTTAWA, Ontario – The Canadian Paint and Coatings Association’s (CPCA) highest honor, the Roy Kennedy Outstanding Achievement Award, is being presented to Dale Constantinoff, President and CEO of General Paint Corp.
The award is presented annually to an individual who has made an outstanding contribution to the association and who is still very active in the industry and in the CPCA.
Dale Constantinoff has worked in the Canadian coatings industry for more than 30 years, rising to the position of President and CEO at General Paint in 2010. He has been a member of the association’s board for the past five years. For the last two years, he has been Chair of the Board.
Under Constantinoff's leadership, CPCA engaged a new President for the association in 2012, established a new three-year strategic plan for the organization, aided in rebranding the association, grew the membership, and oversaw important decisions related to stewardship and sustainability for the industry.
