SAO PAULO, Brazil - In order to strengthen its position in aliphatic isocyanates, Vencorex is extending its global footprint by establishing Vencorex BRAZIL (Vencorex Brasil Indústria e Comercio de Produtos Quimicos Ltda), São Paulo, Brazil. The new entity began operations on September 1.

“We have a new, dedicated team already in place, and we are continuing to provide a strong service to the growing Latin American market,” said Danilo Zanin, Director for Latin America.

A key supplier to the polyurethane industry, Vencorex, Lyon, France, is a major manufacturer of isocyanates, particularly toluene diisocyanate, hexamethylene diisocyanate and its derivatives. The company is a joint venture between PTT Global Chemical and the Perstorp Group.
