HAMBURG, Germany - By acquiring the majority of shares in Italian distributor Jointec s.r.l., Hamburg-based chemical distribution company Nordmann Rassmann (NRC) gains direct access to the Italian market.

Established in 1996 and based in Milan, Jointec specializes in the distribution of chemical specialties for industrial applications. With a primary focus on thermoset resins and elastomers, Jointec carries a full range of complementary products to serve customers throughout Italy.

Jointec will continue working under the same name and with the same experienced team serving customers and suppliers.
