MILWAUKEE – Christopher D. Cerimele has joined Grace Matthews Inc.’s Chemical Investment Banking Group as Managing Director. Cerimele will advise corporate clients on mergers, acquisitions, capital markets, valuation services, fairness opinions and strategic alternative reviews. Prior to joining Grace Matthews, Cerimele was head of the chemicals practice at Houlihan Lokey. Cerimele previously held positions with Credit Suisse First Boston and Lincoln International, where he started and led their chemicals group.
