SARASOTA, FL – Royce International, East Rutherford, NJ, announced that Vinay Mishra has joined the company as the Director of Technology and Business Development.

Mishra comes to Royce from Sika Corp., where he served as a Director of R&D for Polyurethanes and led projects for the automotive and construction markets. He worked in research and development for ITW Devcon for 13 years prior to joining Sika.

Mishra is recognized as one of the leading scientists in the field of epoxy and polyurethane formulations and applications. He holds four patents and has received honors from academia and industry organizations. He served as the President of the Thermoset Resin Formulators Association in 2009 and 2010. He has served on the board and as president or chairman of several industry organizations.
