ASHTABULA, OH – Chromaflo Technologies Corp., Ashtabula, OH, a supplier of pigment and chemical dispersions to the thermoset composites and industrial coatings industries, has been actively hiring individuals with expertise in the sciences, particularly chemistry and engineering. The hiring is aimed at advancing both technical service and product development functions within the growing organization.

Bruce Miller was hired in October of 2012 as a Technical Service Representative for the Coatings group, reporting to David Hyde, Technical Service Manager Coatings - Americas.  His background includes extensive experience with technical service, compliance research, quality control and color matching.

Nick Toney joined the company in November 2012 as a Technical Service Technician for the Thermoset group. He reports to Ed Capp, Technical Service Manager Thermoset - Americas. In his role, Toney performs the completion of color match and applications projects. He also provides on-site color match support in all market segments.

Marla Griswold joined the Coating’s Product Development team in January as a Product Development Specialist. In this role, Griswold interfaces with chemists, sales managers and customers to define and convert opportunities or solve color-related problems using laboratory resources.

Kelly Gasper was appointed Technical Service Representative for the Coatings group. Her skills include coatings formulation, raw material screening, optimizing formulations for required applications and manufacturing processes, line trials, and commercial startups.
