This compliance follows an extensive audit of CeralUSA’s sales, design and development, procurement, production, and quality processes. Certified ISO auditors deemed these processes along with CeralUSA’s internal documentation fully compliant.

The ISO 9001:2008 standard mandates QMS requirements that guide an organization's actions for meeting and improving customer satisfaction and quality requirements. By establishing a compliant QMS system, CeralUSA has the process in place to continuously improve service and quality.
