Dow Corning^® brand resin and additive solutions for the coatings industry are featured by Worlée-Chemie GmbH and Univar during the Show. The company’s resins and additives can improve the resistance of decorative, maintenance and protective coatings to extreme temperatures, moisture, corrosion, electrical discharge and weathering.

Featured solutions include new Dow Corning 3055 Resin, used to formulate polysiloxane hybrid coatings with improved chemical, thermal, UV, corrosion and moisture resistance compared to epoxy and two-component polyurethane (2K PU) systems; and Dow Corning 52 Additive, used to improve abrasion resistance and slip in waterborne paints, inks and coatings, including industrial wood coatings (acrylic- and PUD-based), overprint varnishes, and interior and exterior paints.
