SÃO PAULO, Brazil – Professionals interested in presenting papers at the 13^th International Coatings Congress – ABRAFATI 2013 have until March 28 to submit abstracts for review. Organizers of the event extended the deadline in response to requests from many potential participants, especially those from abroad - a group that represents more than 50 percent of lecturers. The deadline applies to both oral presentations and those in poster form.

Entries must be original and innovative, based on topics related to raw materials, products, processes, technologies and sustainability of the production chain. Abstracts should be between 20 and 30 lines, in English, Portuguese or Spanish, and should contain paper title, author name (and coauthors), presenter name and a basic content summary.

The event will take place September 16-18, 2013, at the Transamerica Expo Center in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
