According to Bühler, the ECS is one of the best platforms to show customers that the company accepts the challenge to adapt existing processes to new requirements. As visitors of the ECS are highly qualified, the show is a good basis to start a technical discussion.
This year, Bühler presents its expertise in plant engineering as well as innovations in mixing and dispersing technology. Bühler is featuring new solutions in predispersing as well as the new bead mill series, MicroMedia™ X. The MicroMedia X series provides easier scalability, more efficient bead separation and in turn, better flow capabilities.
Within the its Center of Competence, located in Germany and Switzerland, as well as its Regional Application Development and Education Center, located in the United States, Japan and China, Bühler is able to support customers. Bühler recognizes the importance of suppliers and end users partnering together in advance to develop all requirements and options for the process, machines and plant. The fully equipped centers offer facilities for testing, analytics and scale-up. Furthermore, Bühler has globally trained field service engineers and spare parts in stock to reduce down time of a machine in an emergency.
Bühler will also be featuring the Oxylink™ additive for better waterborne coatings. Oxylink increases and accelerates crosslinking of one-component systems and provides better blocking resistance, improved solvent and humidity resistance, better dirt pick up and efflorescence resistance. By shortening drying time and improving early properties, Oxylink enables faster finishing and increased productivity.
You can find Buhler at Stand 6-211 and Stand 7A-222.
