A 100-percent acrylic polymer for EIFS (exterior insulation finishing systems) and concrete admixtures, PLIOTEC® EL45 can be used as the binder for the adhesive, basecoat and topcoat layers in EIFS. It provides excellent scrub and washing resistance in high-humidity/low-temperature applications. Key properties include color retention, crack bridging, UV stability, low water absorption and freeze/thaw stability.
