WINTERTHUR, Switzerland - Sulzer has acquired Krøger A/S, a manufacturer of dispensers located in Greve, Denmark. The acquisition expands the product portfolio of the Sulzer Mixpac business unit and strengthens its position as technology leader and solution provider for one- and two-component application systems for industrial sealants and adhesives. The integration of the acquired business into Sulzer will begin immediately.

Sulzer was founded in 1834 in Winterthur, Switzerland, and is active in machinery and equipment manufacturing and surface engineering at over 170 locations worldwide.
