NORTHBROOK, IL/OVERLAND PARK, KS – Safety science company UL, Northbrook, IL, has acquired Innovadex, Overland Park, KS, a search and information-exchange platform for supplier chemicals, ingredients and raw materials. The addition expands UL’s search offering to fully serve several new product categories, including paint and coatings, adhesives, and inks.
Innovadex’s platform gives product formulators, chemists and scientists access to suppliers’ technical information. The search and filter interface enables users to quickly search a comprehensive database of more than 800,000 documents from over 1,400 suppliers.
Innovadex will continue to serve customers from its www.Innovadex.com website, and the team will remain at the company’s Overland Park headquarters. Innovadex’s management team will be led by Ianni and Jim Dodd.
