KANSAS CITY, KS - VersaFlex Inc., a formulator and manufacturer of protective coatings, sealants and concrete repair materials, has renamed its polyurea training school. The school is now called Polyurea University. The company’s Houston training center is being renamed Polyurea University - Houston Campus. Another training facility has been added at the company's corporate headquarters in Kansas City, KS.

To date, the company offers over eight different polyurea training courses. When several of these classes are combined into a Polyurea Degree Track, students can achieve certification in several polyuria-oriented fields of expertise. There are currently four polyurea training degrees, or course tracks. They are:  Basic Polyurea Materials, Qualified Polyurea Apprentice, Qualified Polyurea Applicator and Qualified Polyurea Inspector. When completed, individuals will be presented with a certificate of completion and badge credentials.

The first course is scheduled for January 28 - February 1, 2013, at the Houston campus. The Polyurea Products, Fundamentals of Polyurea and the Spray Applicator courses will be offered. The Qualified Polyurea Apprentice Degree will be awarded to all who successfully complete the full track.
