GoatThroat Pumps can be custom manufactured to meet the exacting standards for a facility that requires silicone-free equipment. Silicone can cause adhesion, including “fisheye”, and separation problems. The parts are subjected to three baths, including Dynasolve CU-9 silicone dissolver and isopropyl alcohol, rendering the parts to have 0 ppm silicone; final custom assembly uses Krytox lubricants. The pumps are designed to fit containers and drums from 5 to 55 gallons and are available in four models, have a cost-effective life expectancy of 10 to 15 years, and provide for spill-proof, safe transfer of over 1200 fluids and solvents. They are RoHS compliant.
