STEVENSVILLE, MD - The Manufacturing Institute has selected Kimberly Rosenberg, of Miltec UV, as an honoree for the Women in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Production (STEP) award. The STEP award identifies and highlights women who have demonstrated science, technology, engineering and production excellence in manufacturing. Rosenberg joins a network of women who are making significant contributions to the U.S. manufacturing industry. 

Kayla Abell, of Miltec UV, has completed the requirements to be named an ASQ-Certified Quality Improvement Associate (ASQ CQIA). In order to become such an associate, Abell demonstrated proficiency in and a comprehension of basic quality principles and practices.
