NEW YORK, NY — Royal Holdings Inc., a holding company of New York-based private equity firm Arsenal Capital Partners, has acquired, through its Royal Packaging Specialties subsidiary, the stock of Adhesives Packaging Specialties Inc. (APS).

Based in Peabody, MA, APS custom packages one- and two-component adhesives, sealants and resins including acrylic, anaerobic materials, conductive, epoxy, polysulfide, polyurethanes, premixed frozen syringes, UV curable and other polymers used in a wide variety of industries.
