PERSTORP, Sweden - Lennart Holm, Perstorp’s Chairman of the Board, is leaving the company. Fabrice Fouletier, PAI partners, will repace Holm as the new Chairman. Holm worked for 12 years with Perstorp, first as President and CEO and most recently as Chairman. Fouletier, who has been a Board Member of Perstorp since 2006, assumed the chairmanship on October 25, 2012.
