PLYMOUTH, MI – Resinate Materials Group, a supplier of resins to the paints, coatings, adhesives and sealants market, has expanded its R&D team with the addition of Mathew Brown and Kyle McGrath.

Brown most recently worked for Dow, where he was responsible for formulating and testing industrial polyurethane coatings for wood and metal substrates. At Resinate, Brown will work within the company’s synthesis, formulation, physical testing and scale-up activities.

McGrath has experience working with GC and analytical chemistry. He will work with laboratory staff on developing new polyurethane dispersion formulations.

Resinate has added 15 full- and part-time employees to its payroll and recently hired Dr. Dan Seyer as VP of Research and Development.
