MARLBOROUGH, MA – Nanobiomatters North America LLC, a subsidiary of Nanobiomatters Industries S.L., Valencia, Spain, a supplier of engineered clay-based additives, has named three distributors to market and sell its BactiBlock^® silver-based antimicrobials in the United States. The new distribution partners are: D.B. Becker Co. Inc., Clinton, NJ; Matteson-Ridolfi Inc., Riverview, MI; and Trans Western Chemicals, Pico Rivera, CA.

D.B. Becker Co. Inc. will handle distribution on the East Coast, Matteson-Ridolfi Inc. in the Midwest, and Trans Western Chemicals on the West Coast.

BactiBlock antimicrobial additives are already produced on a commercial scale, having been used in Europe since 2010. The additive range has been registered by the Environmental Protection Agency for use in the United States. Commercial use in the country is expected soon.
