EDISON, NJ – Croda Inc. celebrated 75 years of continuous manufacturing and innovation at its production facility in New Castle, DE.

Croda International Plc acquired the Atlas Point site in 2006 as part of its acquisition of Uniqema from ICI. Since then, Croda has invested over $70 million in upgrading the facility to improve safety, increase productivity and be more sustainable. New to the site is a landfill gas-to-energy project that is expected to come online later this fall. Atlas Point is the largest manufacturing site within the Croda global organization.
