The Ross MegaShear Ultra-High Shear Mixer is an inline rotor/stator designed for high-volume and high-throughput deagglomeration, emulsification and homogenization requirements. It is capable of producing very fine emulsions and dispersions at a fraction of the cycle time and is not susceptible to common milling and homogenization issues such as clogging, sensitivity to viscosity changes, time-consuming cleanup, and intensive maintenance.
