PERSTORP, Sweden - Following the overall review of the group’s use of sales channels, specialty chemicals company Perstorp announced a new collaboration between Perstorp and Innovia Solutions Ltd. in the third quarter of 2012.

Innovia Solutions Ltd. will now be responsible for distributing a wider range of Perstorp products including polyalcohols, caprolactones, specialty polymers and coalescing agents. These products will mainly be aimed at customers in a number of key segments such as adhesives, coatings, resins, TPUs and plastics.

The agreement is an extension of the collaboration the companies have historically had with products that specifically target the coatings and adhesives sectors.

Formed in 2005, Innovia Solutions Ltd. is a growth-orientated, specialty chemicals distribution company that supplies high-performance, value-added raw materials to the surface coatings, construction and adhesives industries in the UK and Ireland.
