CHICAGO — The HallStar Co. has promoted Louis M. Pace to the position of Chief Operating Officer. He will assume responsibility for operations, supply chain and continuous improvement, in addition to his existing sales, marketing and business development responsibilities.

Pace joined HallStar in September 2010 as Executive Vice President focused on developing and implementing global growth strategies. In December 2010, he was elected as an officer of the corporation. In April 2011, HallStar’s sales and marketing functions began reporting through him.
