VILLARD, MN — Massman Automation Designs LLC, Villard, MN, announced the acquisition of the PASE Group Inc., located in Burnsville, MN. The PASE Group was founded in 2002 and has provided a variety of liquid filling, lidding, denesting, depalletization, conveying and material-handling equipment to the food, coatings, chemical, petroleum, personal care and beverage industries. The company specializes in complete system integration, SCADA control systems, and intrinsically safe and/or explosion-proof control packages.

The newly formed company resulting from the acquisition will be PASE Group – Massman LLC. PASE Group’s products will complement Massman Automation Designs LLC’s wide range of existing products, allowing for a more extensive product offering to customers, including complete filling line solutions through end-of-line packaging.
