ELVERSON, PA. - Whitford, maker of a complete line of fluoropolymer coatings, has hired Richard Hobbs as Managing Director for its North American office.

Hobbs comes to Whitford with more than 25 years of experience in diverse manufacturing and distribution environments, most recently as a General Manager for Morgan Technical Ceramics, a manufacturer of advanced ceramic components. In that role, Hobbs had responsibility for multiple U.S. manufacturing locations serving a global customer base in medical, aerospace, automotive, semiconductor and consumer markets.
