Low-VOC Michem® Wood Coating 75is a new water-based additive that penetrates wood surfaces and produces excellent water beading and anti-swell properties. It improves swell resistance by 80 percent when compared to uncoated wood, dries completely clear and is typically used for outdoor wood deck and fence applications. Containing less than 100 grams per liter of VOCs, it can be diluted down to 10 percent solids while maintaining effectiveness.
