LYNGBY, Denmark - Danish-based Hempel has acquired protective linings and coatings manufacturer Blome International, O'Fallon, MO, through its U.S.-based affiliate Hempel USA Inc., Conroe, TX. With the acquisition, Hempel USA takes a step towards achieving its strategic goal: to quadruple the company’s protective coatings business.
