MIDDLEBORO, MA - Brookfield is offering a course to help users of its CT3 Texture Analyzer/Tester get the most out of their texture analysis tool. The course features hands-on exercises that provide attendees with techniques, methods and valuable industry know-how. Principles of texture analysis, correlation to sensory perception, texture instrumentation and accessories, and an introduction to TexturePro software are all included. Attendees are encouraged to bring product samples for testing and discussion.
