Finishing customers worldwide will benefit from the joint effort of two recognized technology leaders who complement one another with strong brands, professional teams and excellent product ranges. 

Gema will operate as a separate business unit, and customers and industry partners will see no change in how the company conducts business. Over the next several months a transition will occur as marketing, promotional and product materials are integrated with the new company name, Gema.
