MEDFORD, MA – In continuing its strategy of global growth, German motion-control manufacturer Nanotec Electronic has opened a subsidiary in the United States. The newly founded Nanotec Electronic US Inc. is located in Medford, MA. “The U.S. market is much too important for us to manage from our headquarters near Munich, Gemany,” said Nanotec CEO Stephan Huber. “The formation of the U.S. subsidiary is an important step in Nanotec’s overall strategy of growing international presence and to improve brand awareness in the U.S. market.” 

Since 2011, Nanotec US products have been sold through resellers and directly to the industry. “We are in the process of building a network of resellers in the U.S. and Canada to represent Nanotec and provide face-to-face support,” said Sales Manager Michael McShane. “The new subsidiary not only guarantees shorter delivery times for Nanotec products, but we can now personally accompany our resellers and customers throughout their development process and offer technical know-how and competent advice.” 

Nanotec Electronic US Inc. will offer Nanotec’s industry-leading products, including Plug and Drive Servo stepper motors, BLDC motors, Stepper driven linear actuators, and intelligent motor controllers.
