HOUSTON - The Board of Directors of the Hoover Group Inc. announced that Paul Lewis has joined Hoover Container Solutions Inc. as President and Chief Operating Officer. Donald W. Young remains Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Hoover Group Inc. and its subsidiaries.

With more than 25 years of experience in various industries, Lewis most recently served as Division Vice President of PSC’s Environmental Services Division, where he managed more than 1100 employees and $260 million in revenue. Prior to running PSC’s Environmental Services Division, Lewis was the Division Vice President of PSC’s Container Services Division. While with that division, he and his team were instrumental in developing new IBC, ISO and food-grade markets; streamlined processes; implemented all new information systems; and strengthened the division’s physical footprint by opening new locations.
