HOUSTON – The Board of Directors of the Hoover Group Inc. announced that Paul Lewis has joined Hoover Container Solutions Inc. as President and Chief Operating Officer. Donald W. Young remains Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Hoover Group Inc. and its subsidiaries. 

With more than 25 years of experience in various industries, Lewis most recently served as Division Vice President of PSC’s Environmental Services Division. Prior to running PSC’s Environmental Services Division, Lewis was the Division Vice President of PSC’s Container Services Division. At that division, he and his team were instrumental in developing new IBC, ISO and food-grade markets; streamlining processes; implementing new information systems; and strengthening the division’s physical footprint by opening new locations.
