HOUSTON – Hoover Materials Handling Group Inc. (Hoover), a global marketer of intermediate bulk containers (IBCs), ISO and large-format tanks, has appointed Al Kibbe to the position of Manager –Large Format Tanks. Kibbe will focus on managing and developing Hoover’s intermodal or ISO tank container business. In addition to providing technical assistance to Hoover’s customers, Kibbe will work to refine the company’s relationships with existing vendors and establish new ones. 

Previously, Kibbe was Technical Services Manager with Ermewa Group, Houston, TX, where he oversaw all critical aspects of transportation of liquid and gas tanks for Ermewa. From 1994–2000, he served as Technical Sales Manager for Transamerica Leasing and was responsible for all aspects of the company’s ISO tank container fleet.
