ST. LOUIS, MO - David Baumstark has taken over the role as President of Archway Sales. Over the past several years, Baumstark held the leading management role within Archway's marketing and strategy committees while directing all of the company’s sales efforts. In his new role, Baumstark will also oversee principal management efforts.
Additionally, as part of this role adjustment, Jack Baumstark Jr. assumed the role of Vice President of Archway Sales. He will continue to oversee all marketing efforts as well as responsibility for identifying acquisition targets.
Jack Baumstark Sr. will begin serving as Chairman of Archway Sales, overseeing Archway's long-term corporate strategic planning. This will include acquisition negotiations, financing and distribution agreements.
Archway Sales also announced that Aaron Rath has joined the company as a Principal Manager. Rath comes to the company with a strong background in industrial chemistry and sales management. He has hands-on experience in urethane and coatings technology, which yielded papers and a patent for his first employer, BASF Corp. He managed technical service for CASE Urethanes at BASF during an exciting time of growth and then became Product Manager for BASF's polyether resin business. Over the last four years as a Sales Manager for Tri-iso Inc., he has delivered value to customers in coatings, thermoset resins and lubricants.
