COLLECCIO, Italy – ELANTAS announces that ELANTAS Camattini S.p.A., Collecchio, Italy, will be merged into ELANTAS Deatech S.r.l effective December 31, 2011. At the same time, ELANTAS Deatech S.r.l. will change the business name to ELANTAS Italia S.r.l., with a registered office in Collecchio, Italy. As of December 31, 2011, ELANTAS Italia will be the sole operating company of the ELANTAS group in Italy for any business relationships, including those existing prior to the above-mentioned date.

ELANTAS Italia operates through three production sites in Italy: Ascoli Piceno, Collecchio and Quattordio.
