Becker Industrie has expanded its business by setting up a subsidiary in the state of Ras Al Khaimah (in the U.A.E.). The company's goal is to obtain 30% market share in the Middle East market within three years and to become the market leader there as well.

Founded 17 years ago in the Loire region in France, Becker Industrie currently operates three plants in Montbrison, Pont de Claix, and Feigniès. The company specializes in coil coating for prefinishing steel and aluminium for the construction industry, industrial applications, and electrical appliances; and metal and plastic coating for post-finishing in the public works, agricultural machinery, transportation, and information technology sectors. The group will build a new 2400 m2production plant (production capacity of 3,000 tons within three years) at the entrance of the Ras Al Khaimah port.
