Graco: The new E-Flo™ Plus electric pumps for high volume paint circulating applications are designed to provide the benefits of a piston pump with the energy efficiency of an electric drive unit. The pumps feature a 5-hp inverter-duty motor for reliability, cartridge-style throat packings that reduce maintenance downtime, and Maxlife™ lowers which extends the life of the rod, cylinder and wear parts.

Three models are available that provide flow rates from 2.5 to 22.6 gpm at 20 cpm. Maximum fluid pressures of the three pumps range from 250 to 460 psi.

Optional features include a Graco programmed VFD for less pressure variation, integrated overpressure protection and remote monitoring via a computer or PLC, as well as a pneumatically-controlled BPR that remotely reduces fluid pressure during off-production operation resulting in energy savings and extends material integrity.
