DYMAX has doubled the warranty for its flood lamp bulbs to 2,000 hours. The company offers two types of bulbs for UV curing. P/N 36970 produces a broad UV spectral distribution suitable for inks and thin coatings, while P/N 38560 provides a greater concentration of long-wave UV and visible wavelengths for thicker bond lines and potting applications. The company has also developed new curtain material for the DYMAX ZIP™ Shutter to extend the shutter’s lifetime before replacement is required. The shutter is electrically driven and offers both foot pedal and PLC controlled exposure from 1 to 99 seconds.
