They include the standard 50-lb (23 kg) and 80-lb (36 kg) sizes, as well as a new 25-lb (11 kg) size designed for today’s fast color-change requirements. The lower height of the 25-lb size also allows for convenient storage.

The new hoppers are designed for easy break down and cleaning for color change. According to the company, the series is also affordably priced to allow coaters to use them as dedicated color hoppers, matching colors to sizes, based on powder use and color-change frequency.

The hoppers are used primarily with the company’s manual spray systems mounted on two-wheeled dollies. These fluidizing hoppers feature a large, rubber plug on the inspection lid that allows easy access throughout operation. An optional three-caster dolly fits all of the hoppers.
